Hey guys, in this video, we're going to talk about how to prevent an afternoon blood sugar crash.

Now, usually you're going to get these crashes right around 4 o'clock, maybe 3.30 to

4.30 in the afternoon where you're going to get tired, irritable, your vision's going to start

And then sometimes at night, right around 8 o'clock, you have the need

for something salty to crunch on. Okay, crunchy, salty. And then at 1130 in the morning, you might have a little chocolate craving right here.

These are the most common points in time where you might have a blood sugar crash.
