Yeah, so if you want to improve your churn,

the first thing that you do how to do

is figure out why they're turning.

You may have your own ideas, but you got to actually talk to people.

When I mean talk to people, I'm not talking about just sending out an email.

I'm talking about getting on the phone talking to people really understanding why.

Looking at how they're using the product or the service or whatever it may be

that you're selling and figuring out why are they cancelling.

And then what you need to do is also survey people

So when you survey people when they churn, like and they cancel,
