| 0:32.5 | Your challenge is to go on a creativity quest where you express a different kind of creativity each day. |

| 0:52.5 | So your focus or theme for creativity today is to express patience. |
| 1:02.5 | It can take a lot of creativity to express patience. |
| 1:06.5 | And this is the type of creativity that perhaps no one will really notice you're doing it except yourself. |
| 1:15.5 | So maybe you could do this by being patient with someone who's difficult. |
| 1:24.5 | You could choose the longest line in the grocery store and practice being patient. |
| 1:32.5 | You could get creative with it. |
| 1:34.5 | Maybe you could watch the people around you and practice non-judgment. |
| 1:43.5 | This is something I like to challenge myself doing when I'm in the grocery store. |
| 1:48.5 | It seems like I choose the times that are the busiest when I go. |
| 1:53.5 | And so there's usually a lot of people with long lines and I will practice not judging the people around me. |
| 2:04.5 | People are usually pretty moody and irritable when the stars are really crowded when I tend to go. |
| 2:12.5 | So I practice patience by not judging their behavior. |
| 2:19.5 | So I encourage you to select a way to be creative in how you express patience. |
| 2:28.5 | Now if you're a journalist, you could describe or reflect on how you will be patient with maybe a difficult person in your life or any situation. |
| 2:41.5 | Which requires a little more patience. |
