Hey guys, it's Kathy Heller. Welcome back to another episode of Don't Keep Your Day

0:27.2

Job. How are you doing? I am so happy that you're here. I want to talk about

0:32.4

something today which I have been working on and it's interesting because it was

0:36.7

what's really been coming up for me this week and then it just so happened that

0:40.8

Tara Morris here today and we are going to be diving into this exact issue. Do you

0:45.8

ever notice that in your life sometimes it's like synchronicity, the thing that

0:49.6

you most need to learn, the thing that you are most working on, you then have a

1:37.8

happened as a result of that is I became really stealth and really quite

1:42.2

equipped at making sure that other people were held in mind. And so that's great.

1:47.2

I like that that's something that I do and that I care about because empathy,

1:52.3

it means a lot to me and I think it's part of who I am anyway. I think that

1:57.4

that's part of my default makeup. But it comes at a cost sometimes because in my

2:03.1

life if I've been uncomfortable, if someone said something I didn't like, if I've

2:07.5

been in a situation where I knew I was giving more than my fair share, I would
