Today's episode is about how to eliminate negativity and create a positive life.
Your energy is like water in a pool; if you put toxic water in it, it will spread and contaminate the whole pool. High vibrations beings do not entertain low vibrational thoughts.
The goal isn't to solve these problems; the goal is to release them. The law of attraction is always working, and when you align with your higher energy and allow yourself into flow state, you will be pulled to your positive vision.

And then as you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency. And then once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state. So let's go ahead and take |
