This is a short podcast to help you renew your membership or pay for a new membership.

When you go to the payment page after you enter your name and

address and information, you go to the payment page you must do four things correctly. Number one you must enter

your name exactly the same as it is on your credit card. So your name on the form must match your name on the credit card.

Also, you must enter your address exactly the same as your credit card bill.

If the address is different from your credit card bill,

the system will not accept your payment.

Third, you must enter the validation code. The validation code is on the back of your credit

card, not the front, the back, where you sign your name.

And the last three numbers, little numbers written

where you sign your name.

Those three numbers are your validation code.

You must enter those on the form where it asks for validation code.

Finally, you must check the small little box at the bottom of the form.

There's a little small box inside a larger red rectangle and that little box must be checked.

You must click on that box.

If you do not click that box, your credit card will not be accepted and you will not be able to join the Effortless English Club.

Be sure to check that final box, that last box on the bottom of the form. It's very important.

If you do all these steps, you should have no problem paying for and joining Effortless English.
