involved with these properties at all. I mean, he literally does not spend

five minutes a month working on these properties. Justin, is that fair to say that you don't spend

five minutes a month on your properties? Oh, more than fair. I don't even ask me, like, what cities

they're located in. I know the general region and location and I could tell you the five cities, which they are.

But don't ask me what street they're on.

I couldn't find them.

I've never seen them.

Wow.

So yeah, very little involvement.

It's funny because when I first contacted you about coming on the show, you actually said,

I don't know how interesting of a guest I'm going to be because I don't really know a whole lot about my properties.

No.

And I think that's actually what's going to make you a really good guest to hear how you can set things up and not be involved.
