tim lives in illinois and he owns seven properties and what i think is really interesting

about tim is that three of the properties are in Illinois, right by his house, and four of the properties are all the way across the country in Florida.

um well um i totally did not plan on being in the rail business or in the real estate business

at all.

My background is, educationally, it was a degree in public administration and economics, and I

have a master's in business.

But my primary job is still my primary business is lobbying on a
