So what happens is human beings always choose the easiest path. And whenever we feel pain, we're very motivated to be out of pain.

So whenever we look in the mirror and we see something isn't the way we want to be, we go,

right, that's it. I'm going to change. I'm going to go on the diet. I'm going to start the

fitness program. I'm going to, you know, get up in the morning,

go for a five-mile run, whatever, right? We're very motivated to change. But then the pain

of doing the workouts or sticking to the diet or doing all those things, sometimes then overtakes the pain

that we felt when we looked in the mirror because looking in the mirror or taking our progress

pictures and seeing the progress pictures, that's kind of fleeting. And we only really feel pain in the moment. Maybe that pain lasts of fleeting.
