In today's episode, we are talking about something that I have been meaning to talk about

for so long.

This is a topic that I hold very near and dear to my heart.

It is something that I have struggled with for quite a while.

And we're going to get real vulnerable in today's episode.

Now, I wasn't exactly sure how I was going to title this episode, and I had a few different

options.

As you can read by the title, we are talking about how to deal with perfectionism, letting

yourself be human, prioritizing progress over perfection, almost de-centering performance.

We'll get to that later.

And honestly, everything to do

with the perfectionism that we place on ourselves, the perfectionism that other people place on us

and us having to deal with the consequences of that. When we think of perfectionism,

a lot of the times I feel like what comes to mind first is maybe in school when you're studying.

For me, it might be when I'm doing content creation.

But another route that I also want to talk about in this episode and kind of touch on is
