Oh my goodness, I'm thrilled to be here. Thanks for having me.

Yeah, it is our pleasure. So how are you get it started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do? Sure. Well, the way that we've been trained to do this is to talk about our careers. So I'm a writer, a speaker, an entrepreneur, and I'm focused on the HR space. But I like to tell people what I do when I'm not working. I think that's so much more interesting. And, you know, when I'm not working, I mean, I'm on the internet like everybody else. But I love art.

an avid animal rescue advocate. So I try to take all of that and live a life of purpose and service

where I help people fix work. That's what I'm all about. Oh, that's fantastic. And so for the listeners, when you think about fixing work, what does that mean to you?

Sure. Well, you know, I started out my career in corporate human resources, and I was young and naive.
