First, just a quick reminder, this is the last chance to get the opening the heart course before the price permanently increases by $300 as we reposition it into a core program within my ecosystem.

0:25.1

So I do not discount my core programs. So this is the last opportunity to get it at this

0:32.6

price point. That deal closes on February 20th at midnight. The link to learn more is in the show notes,

or you could go directly to corymiscara.com forward slash heart. And in this episode,

2:45.7

hyper-independent, afraid of commitment, the pattern of living more in our heads and not in our bodies, getting

2:56.0

caught and overthinking. Really, any pattern that has become a defining feature of your life

3:03.7

can be viewed as a wall around the heart, a guarding of sorts.

3:11.9

And these become the beliefs, the emotions, the behaviors that we employ to get needs met

3:20.6

on a simple level in order to just get through life, in order to feel safe,
