The past two years have been pretty tough. We've lived in a pretty turbulent world with COVID,

BLM, the Palestine, Israel, conflict, and now war in Ukraine, just to name a few of the things that have

transpired in the last two years. For some of us, we are deeply involved in these issues and conflicts,

and for others we are sympathizes or we don't

fully understand and are onlookers or people who are seeking to understand.

No matter what your beliefs are or where you come from at some point you'll inevitably

encounter situations where there are complex in the world and you'll be asked to

speak about it

as a person with influence. What should we do in such situations? What kind of response would be appropriate?

And how do we go about posting our regular content without feeling insanely inadequate?

Iraq, you likely know that there is a war going on in Ukraine where Russia invaded Ukraine.

It has been what everyone has been talking about lately and especially on social media.

I personally am following this very, very closely and I've learned about this conflict

even before the war actually started.

My really good friend Ilona is Ukrainian and she has close ties with Ukraine.

So she has been updating me every few hours about the conflict and what is going on.

And so it's just been really crazy to watch everything unfold. I think everyone is fraught with worry,

thinking about what the possibilities could be if this were to get worse.
