So how about you get us started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do?

I'm an attorney with Carlisle Patchen and Murphy, and I do our employment law. We usually

represent employers, so I'm typically on the management side, and I do a lot of HR consulting,

a lot of counseling for our employers, and a lot of compliance work in terms of what do I do when this happens?

And what happens, you know, what do I need to do if, you know, someone makes a request for an accommodation?

Just a lot of very basic HR counseling and consulting and it's a lot of fun.
