I'm no good I taking good advice and I'm self careless so don't tell me twice that

lately I've been so stuck in my head that I forget just about everything my therapist said

maybe I'm self-helpless

maybe I'm self helpless.

Kelsey Cook and we are talking about situationships today you know whether you

think they're great whether you think they're situationships whether you think there's situation shits,

whether you think there's something in the middle.

We've all kind of been in some kind of instance

where at the bare minimum, you didn't really

feel like maybe you knew how the other person felt about you or your relationship, whatever, you know, whatever it was at that time.

So, you know, even if you haven't been in like a defined situation ship which will get into I think we can all really relate to this one in some in some way

Totally and the term has been I think a newer term right before that it was people would call things like friends with benefits or like a hookup buddy your booty call or whatever and so I think that's also part of it is like I do think everybody has been in

something like this at some point it maybe just has changed what it's been called.

Yeah it's yeah it's really interesting because I know, I've had all of those things and I've been all those things. So I feel like it's very interesting because I have definitely been in like hookup buddy friends with benefit stuff but I don't I don't feel like I've been in a situation ship so I feel like they're very different for me though,

just based on like the definition that's going around out there.

But I could be totally wrong and maybe I've been in those

and now the terms are just changing.
