[01:56] If you have a lot of engagement (sharing, etc.) Facebook rewards you with boosting your content. [02:25] Neil has a Facebook group with thousands of members and they are all engaged. 1:30.0	Look at HubSpot, one of the biggest marketing companies. They suck on Facebook. Why did they suck on Facebook? It's because they're not taking enough time. They may now, but they didn't when they first started off.
