| 0:56.0 | Getting up early, completing homework on time, calling that person, doing whatever task you need to do. |
| 1:02.0 | How do you get yourself to do it when you know you need to do it? |
| 1:05.0 | So, when you don't do those things, you're lacking motivation. |
| 1:09.0 | You don't have strong enough reasons, and that's what motivation is. |
