0:25.0

I really consider this episode here like a part two to my original episode called How to meditate

0:30.0

which is really popular a lot of people have gotten a lot of value

0:33.7

from that one there because it's a no bullshit guide to meditation.

0:38.1

What we're gonna do here though is I wanna go

0:40.8

a little bit deeper into some of the various techniques that you can do with your meditations.

1:40.4

meditation. I understand I assume that you understand how the basics work. So if you do understand that, then here's stage one. This is where you would begin meditation if you've never meditated before. Or even if you have meditated before but you haven't been doing it very strictly and you feel like you're not getting good results with it you can just start here at stage one right It never hurts to relearn the basics.

2:05.4

And this one is the easy version,

2:08.2

and it's called simple observation.

2:11.2

So here's how it works. You sit down, you can have your eyes either open or closed, but you sit down in a meditative like posture, and then what you do is you just allow everything to happen.
