skip over it. And I get it. I used to hate it too. And I used to be pretty bad at it. That's probably

one of the reasons why I didn't like it. But when you learn how to master it or at least get okay at it, so many things change.

So much of our social anxiety and our discomfort of meeting people and talking to people we

don't know that well is not that, you know, this is not a good fit or this person's going to hate

me or I'm no good. It's none of that stuff.
