Good morning, so today we're going to continue our discussion on how to master Smalltalk.

As mentioned, this is more important than most people realize as Smalltalk makes up a

third of all of our conversation, and I think that's an under-estimation.

And for most, Smalltalk is, boring, it's awkward, it's clumsy, and they end up leaving

frustrated.

But where about to fix?

All that right now.

Smalltalk can be an artful, social, lubricant, one that facilitates enhanced conversations,

foundational trust, as well as long-term personal and business relationships.

Most importantly, it is a skill that can be developed and even enjoyed, again, coming

to you as a car-carrying introvert.

So to review, we already got your head straight yesterday with one, channeling your inner

puppy and being excited to see those that you greet, number two, talking with everybody

as if they're a dear friend of yours, number three, assuming everybody that you encounter

is awesome.

That energy will be transmitted and they will respond accordingly.
