get more proper than Emma Mumford. I love the UK names because it's always so easy to pronounce. And I love that. So Emma is a four-time

selling author, bestselling author. She's an award-winning life coach. And this is really my

wheelhouse today because I have a ton of questions. She's a manifestation expert. So Emma,

welcome to the show and thanks for coming on.

Thanks so much for having me, Steve. I'm so excited to chat today. Yes, I am too, because again,

there's certain topics that get my juices flowing, right? And I'm very into, and I do this every

morning. I don't know if it's proper enough time.

I don't know because I have three kids and young,

so it's tough sometimes you get it in.

But I do do my visualization and my gratitude,

meditation every single day.

Sometimes it's only five minutes,

but I do do it.

And I am so excited to speak about this because, again,

you know, manifestation is a big thing in visualization. And I know people that swear by it.

And I know people sometimes at the bunk it. So I want to cover everything today. but what made you fall into manifestation and becoming a

manifestation expert?
