Thank you for having me, Kwame. It's a pleasure to be here with you.

Yeah, it's a pleasure to have you. So, how about you get a started by telling us a little bit

about yourself and what you do? Sure. So my name is Zwaaday Marshall. I'm a physician, an anesthesiologist and interventional spine specialists by training.

I have the distinct pleasure of growing up in a family where my cousin is a brilliant attorney and negotiations expert. And so I'm a part of the family. Kwame is my cousin

for your listeners. And we're both Guyanese or moms are first cousins. And they were also

really good close friends on top of being cousins. And so there was an intentional effort in my

upbringing, though I grew up in Guyana and

Kwame grew up in Ohio, for our families to bring us together as two young males in our family.

And so he's an attorney. I'm a doctor. And I think we both are the prize and joys of our
