So very excited to be here with you today today. I have a wonderful coaching call with Jane in this call with Jane

What we're gonna be diving into is how she has lost quite a bit of weight due to weight loss surgery that she had six years ago

But is struggling now to maintain that loss and she learned a lot from the Carolina series and

She's gonna be really working on redefining her range

Working on her men cheating mind management. So there's a lot of really good stuff in here as far as

Our mind tends to create a lot of problems for us

And when I when I say mind I specifically mean your lower brain your lower brain creates problems for you that then it tries to fix
