We hope to see you there. All right, let's get on with the show. Here we go. Oh, Now it's not enough I'm guessing to simply believe right that you have to set an example of positive

mindness if you want, your folks respond the same way. If your folks walk away

from a meeting with you thinking that it can't be done based upon how you behaved in that meeting, it doesn't matter whether you believed or not, right?

You need to set an immediate and clear example of positive-mindedness, right?

Yes.

Yeah, look, if you believe you can make it through a massive workload increase, there's a chance

that you will.

If you don't believe you can do it, you won't. That thinking process alone, the choice of it can be done

versus oh my gosh, how will we, no way never, is a hidden key to the further steps we're going to walk

through. But note what the guidance says. We want

you to set an example of positive-mindedness. It's not enough to be positive-minded as a manager,

and in this case, touching on what probably ought to be a series of

cast called Leader Tools you've got to behave in a way that shows others that

your you believe that you can get it done that you're positive in your mindset.
