0:48.2	Welcome to Grow Cook Eat Arrange, the podcast of me, Sarah Raven, and today my husband, Adam Nicholson.
0:59.7	So we've banged on quite a bit about the fact that we had a lovely time at the Chelsea Flower Show, but one of the sort of take-home as for me was so many people came up and said that they loved Adam on the podcast and that he was funny and bought a different sort of strand to it.
1:07.6	It might not be all of you, but hopefully enough of you listening are keen on him having a
1:13.3	regular strand. And the thing is that at the moment, Adam has this sort of habit of being
1:19.9	incredibly knowledgeable about something for about two years because he's writing a book about
1:24.5	it and then moving on and becoming incredibly knowledge about the next thing.
1:29.7	But he does retain quite a lot.
1:32.0	His current project, which I'm sure lots of you have heard about, because we've talked about it on the podcast,
1:37.9	is he's writing a book called Bird School.
1:41.2	And why don't you, first of all, for those who haven't heard, just tell us a bit
1:46.0	about bird school. Well, I'd never really paid any attention to the birds. They were too
1:51.9	small and they were too twitty. I mean, you know, and there was so many more kind of interesting
1:59.9	things going on in life.
2:02.5	And so, but then I quite recently felt very guilty about that,
2:07.9	that it was sort of terrible to be indifferent to the birds, to the life surrounding us,
2:13.8	especially because they're in such terrible trouble.
