I amla. I've been very open about the fact that I was not always good and making my

relationships work. I have been divorced three times twice from the same person. In other words, I have seen a lot and failed a lot in my relationships.

Welcome to the R-Spot, a production of Shandaland Audio in partnership with I Heart Radio. Welcome, welcome, welcome to the R-Spot, the place we come to talk about relationships, all kinds of relationships,

0:54.0

and what happens in them, and where we fall off,

0:58.7

where we need to get on, where we need to get off.

1:01.9

And that's our topic today today getting off or getting out.

intentions, you just got to be gone. So and but a good exit plan if you have time to

1:50.3

plan your strategy and where you're going begins with a vision where you see

1:55.4

yourself going and then taking into account where you are with yourself within

2:00.6

yourself taking into account your resources and your support

2:06.2

system. You got to be clear about why you're leaving. If you're not clear about why you're

2:11.7

leaving, whatever it is, the job, the marriage, the tenancy,

2:16.4

if you're not clear, chances are you can be sucked in, talked in to coming back.

2:21.6

You also have to have a clear vision about where you are going, not just physically,

2:28.3

but where you're going mentally, where you're going emotionally, where you're going physically.
