Hi friends. It is time for us to end this week on the show of connecting to the most

purposeful part of our lives, making sure we are wasting less time and actually spending time

doing what feels purposeful with the people who matter most.

Today, I want you to take all of that depth and all of those realizations that you have

connected with throughout our practices this week to carve out time to do the thing that feels absolute most purposeful to you in

your life right now. We talked yesterday about getting to the end of our lives, looking back,

and really connecting with what we are going to wish we did more of or who we are going to

wish we spent more time with. And today and into

the weekend, I want you to really set aside time to do the thing that you feel is absolute

most important to you in your life right now. And that can really be anything that your heart

actually tells you. Maybe the most important thing for you where you are at

in your life right now is taking care of your health, really honoring and taking care of that

beautiful, precious body of yours. That means you are going to spend time this weekend and today

doing something that really supports your well-being and your body. Perhaps the most purposeful thing

that you can connect with right now is making your art. You feel a huge sense of purpose in that.

Then my friend, you are going to be making your art all week and long. If you, like me, feel like

the most purposeful part of your life is time spent with the people you love, time spent with your

children, with your family, with your best friends, whoever that person or those people are,

then you are going to carve out time to spend present time with those people. Not on the go while

doing other things or ticking things off of your to-do list, but actually

making space to just be with them, to play with them, to do something fun and joyful with them,

or just to be quiet in the same room connecting with them, talking to them. You choose what this
