Consider this: you're made in the energetic image of the universe, an observer and a creator. Your purpose is to continually choose to be in the light energy, not by default, but by conscious choice. You are a part of the universe's expansion.

So, stop wishing for an easy switch and embrace the challenge. Be grateful that you can handle challenges because they're the stepping stones to becoming something greater. Every painful experience, when healed and overcome, transforms you into a beacon of positive energy. You can then guide others on their path.

Remember, if it's a gift to help others, it's a gift to you now. Everything is connected. Challenges are part of your learning journey, and giving back is your purpose. Embrace your power to choose positivity every single day.

Shift your perspective from seeing life as happening to you to understanding that it happens for you. Realize that the world is as you are, and you are the creator of your experiences, not a victim.

Life's challenges are opportunities to become the best version of yourself, and your growth is a gift to others. So, don't wish for an easy way out; wish for the strength to overcome. You have the power, and this is your journey.

in this episode, we're going to talk about how to take a switch and flip it in your mind so that you

But before we get started, we're going to take a few moments to slow down, zero in.

We're going to take some deep, healing, meditative breaths to help us align on the frequency

that we want in our lives. So pick a word. It could be love, joy, happiness, abundance,

whatever frequency you want, and we're going to take a deep breath in. And as you're breathing in, you're going to say that word over and over and over again, really

charge yourself up with that energy.

And then as you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency.

And once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be
