In simpler terms, how you view yourself influences how you perceive the world. To experience a more positive world, you need to grow a positive perspective. This starts by raising your energy to a higher frequency, the frequency of love.

Gratitude is a powerful tool in achieving this. It's not merely about listing things you're thankful for but genuinely connecting with the energy of love. Remember when you felt immense love and joy, and relive it in your mind. Feel the warmth and the happiness, and let that be your gratitude.

Another essential aspect of this journey is forgiveness. Holding onto anger, hate, or resentment keeps that negative energy within you, attracting more of the same into your life.

The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like, so if you harbor negativity within, you'll continue to experience it externally. Forgiveness is your way of releasing that negativity, not for others, but for your own liberation.

It's crucial to understand that external circumstances, such as your job, the economy, or relationships, can affect you, but they don't define your reality. Your perception shapes your experience. So, if you feel trapped in a cycle of pain or frustration, it's because your perception has been clouded by inner turmoil.

The path to enlightenment, healing, and positivity lies within you. It's about raising your internal frequency, focusing on your energy, and releasing attachments to external results. When you prioritize your internal state, the world reflects your newfound positivity.

Keep in mind that this journey may not make life easier, but it will make your experience more uplifting. It's about choosing fulfillment over external achievements and recognizing the immense power, purpose, and love within you.

But before we get started, we're taking a few moments to slow down, zero in.

We're going to take some deep, healing, meditative breaths to help us align on the frequency that we want in our lives.

So pick a word.

It could be love, joy, happiness, abundance, whatever frequency you want, and we're going to take

a deep breath in.

And as you're breathing in, you're going to say this word over and over and over.

It can really charge yourself up with that energy.

And then as you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency.

And once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more pause of state.
