Summary
I’ve got a quick little coaching episode for you today, where I’m speaking with one of my mastermind members Elena. Elena is a photographer and educator for other photographers, and she has grown a thriving multi 6-figure business in the process. I’ve worked with Elena for about 6 months now, and I’ve really noticed her ability to lead others, as she now has a growing team of people supporting and expanding her vision. When we first started working together, Elena did have a fear around paying for support though, and this conversation is partially about that.
Another thing she speaks about is this idea that success can be more challenging as you progress from just starting up, and what doesn’t get talked about a lot is the fear that comes when you have more to lose. More success often brings more pressure, but wherever you are in your business, you’ve got to allow how you feel because it’s normal.
