According to a report from the World Health Organization,

the average life expectancy in the US is 79 years old if you're male, 81 years old if you're female.

Not to bum you out, but if you're already 30 years of age, you have about 10,000 warnings left.

If you're 40, you have only 7,800.

If you're 45, you have 6,500. If you're 50, you're down to only 5,000.

Now, if you're rounding 60, it's time to hustle up maybe because the WIC is burning down.
