0:31.9	So before we get started, I'm going to answer a few questions, but also talk on a few things
0:37.9	that I've been through recently, starting with a lymphatic massage. So I have seen this on every
0:46.3	influencers in style, like, oh my god, I love my lymphatic massage. So relaxing. I feel amazing
0:54.0	after no, absolutely not. I had a lymphatic massage. And the place I went to was a great place.
1:03.9	And I'm not going to bring it up because I don't want to slander it because it's not my intention.
1:09.1	I am sure there's someone out there that does really enjoy a lymphatic massage. But that person
1:15.7	is not me. And it never, ever will be me because I had the most horrifying experience ever.
1:26.2	I went in like the sauna first, which was a great experience. Honestly, relaxing. I listened to
1:31.6	a podcast. I, when I was younger, I used to never be able to last in a sauna. Like, I would
1:36.4	immediately leave. But I really enjoyed it. I, the heat was necessary because it's fucking freezing.
1:43.9	So that was great. Then the lymphatic massage begins. They put like this essential oil all over
1:52.1	your body. And like, I love when I get a massage and I, I, I use like regular oil. But because it was
1:58.4	essential oil, it had some sort of like magnesium in it. And it was the kind of oil that like,
2:06.4	kind of could burn you if used improperly. So give me a second to explain here. They give you this
2:12.7	disposable underwear. I don't know if you've ever worn disposable underwear. But I have only
2:19.5	maybe once before. And so of course, I put on the disposable underwear the wrong way.
