everybody and happy new year. I hope 2015 is a fantastic year for you and for the animals and for all of us who work to create a more compassionate world.

I am one of these people, I've told you this before,

who really likes thresholds and transitions,

which can be from day to day, from hour to hour.

So I especially like the transition from the old year to the new year.

And as I do every year, I make a pretty sizable list, probably a ridiculously stupid, lofty list of goals and intentions.

I say stupid because I put a lot of expectations and pressure on myself as you

may have figured out and as I do every year I sit down with my husband we do this on New Year's Eve. We each make our list.

Well I you know I kind of drive this thing and so I make the list where I'm making

the list for myself I'm making the list for both of us as a couple, he's making the list for himself, and David totally

participates. If I weren't driving it, I'm not sure he would, he would create

these lists, but it really helps him and it helps both of us and I really believe in creating

intentions and creating you know goals and creating intentions to manifest them.

So we sit down every year and we have I have lists from all these

past years so I can go back to folders and grab 2012, 20 you know 2009, 2008, and we can look at these lists and we do every year we sit down and

said, okay, so here were the goals and intentions for 2014, you know, I kind of have to admit it's kind of like, so how did I do?

And I look and I go, oh, okay, I didn't really do that.
