relaxing the jaw, taking the tongue off the roof of your mouth

and breathing into your low belly.

And again, hold for a few seconds and exhale.

She said, I just broke up with a guy I've been dating on and off for two years because I didn't feel like it was moving fast enough for marriage. I'm divorced in my 40s and he just turned 50. He's never been married, by the way, but he's 20 year old son. As soon as we broke up he starts dating a 28 year old. He lives about three hours

away but he owns several vacation rentals in my area so he's here in my town every weekend
