0:27.4	Yeah I mean I started buying I moved to Vegas in 2012. I won my first rental here in 2015. Okay. And I just started buying real estate here and I just kept it. I just kept snowballing it and buying and buying and buying and buying and I'm still buying. There we go. I'm still buying and I really like this
0:46.3	market here in Vegas. I'm a big fan of it and I'm going to continue to invest here.
0:51.0	Yeah and then like how many midterm or short term rentals do you have and like cash flow and all that?
0:56.1	Yeah so I have 33 total rentals. They're not all in this market in Las Vegas. I invest in other parts of the country too, Kansas City, Mississippi, New York, and I've found that
1:07.0	Vegas and Henderson have the best rental market in the country in my opinion.
1:11.6	And so I have about 12 short-term rentals no I'm sorry
1:15.8	I'm 18 short-term rentals now we're up to and the rest are long-term and with a
1:20.3	couple mid-terms flexed in. Yeah and then how much cash flow do they bring in a month?
