He was a strategist at Mercedes and he was the head of strategy over at Haas as well.

So we're going to be looking forward to the Monaco-Gauremberg. What can we expect from these new tire regulation changes and is there anything that we're going to be looking forward to the Monaco Grand Prix. What can we expect from these new tire regulation changes?

And is there anything that can be done to save it?
