I didn't have therapy until I was diagnosed last year with cancer of the womb.

And I thought, you know what, I'm going to train for this.

I'm going to prepare my mind.

And I discovered as well that, you know, our bodies hold onto trauma and anxiety.

And we've got to find a way to release that. And because I truly believe

that if we stop learning, then we start aging faster than ever before. Curiosity and the energy

for a positive life is what keeps us young. Well, that is Tracy Woodward and she has over 35 years of experience in the beauty industry.

actually this year. For me, after many years of turning in different directions, it's now hopefully

ending up in a healthier, happier, happier, stronger, fitter, more joyful situation than ever before.

But of course, there have been some dark times that I've had to go through

to get me to where I am today. And Tracy Woodward is someone in a similar position, and I admire

her hugely. She is in so many ways the epitome of a better second half and of taking control

of your own path and identity. After a very difficult childhood, Tracy started her career as a clinic

consultant before going on to oversee the launch of Donna Karen, New York, in places like Harrods,

Harvey Nichols, Selfridges. She's worked at aveda, been brand advisor to Marks and Spencer's,

amongst many other countless very senior roles.
