There's so many different aspects of aging, but the hormonal side of it was just, it's like, yeah, you know, it's going less and lesser. What can we do? Well, let's have a look. Who's in the peak of their ages? Yeah, people in their 20s, really, that's kind of in the peak. Let's replace it to those levels. Then hopefully it slows down the aging, slows on all the degenerative diseases of aging as well. I mean, at a very basic level, if you strip everything back,

wanting to put the spotlight on disease prevention and health span. And that's about increasing

the number of years that we are super healthy, health span, not just

age span, the number of years that we live, but the number of years that we can enjoy being

fit and active with full cognitive function and mobility. You know, we're told we are

inevitably going to age and deteriorate. Our bodies are going to get

stiffer. We're going to be less able to fight illness. Our skin will sag. Our eyesight

will deteriorate. All of this. But no, it need not be thus. There are many ways now

which we can explore aging in a far more positive and healthful way.

And I'm incredibly interested in longevity medicine because it is a preventative approach to

slowing aging so that we're not just treating the symptoms, you know, once they've already

occurred and we start to feel unwell.
