It's not about saying no to these things.

It's about saying yes to these things.

My list gets this big and I get this much done.

And I think the rest of the things that I'm struggling with

trying to fit in the day affect my building to pour into my people.

But first let's talk about how to set goals.

Now I have to tell you guys one of the most common questions that I'm asked

are what goals to set.

Like I want to set goals I understand that goal setting is important but I don't know

what goals to set.

Well I had an interesting experience about a year and a half ago when I was on a

coaching call with some of my Academy members.

It was a small group at the time and we were working through specific goals.

Well there was one member and she just kept struggling with this goal

of this online class that she had.

She had been taking these online classes and it just felt like such a burden to her.

She couldn't seem to finish.
