Growth is a fascinating journey. When we embark on the path of personal growth, it often feels like we're moving in the opposite direction. As our awareness expands, we start to notice all the things that aren't quite right in our lives—the setbacks, limitations, and challenges that have been lurking in our subconscious. It can be overwhelming.

But here's the beautiful paradox: this discomfort is a sign of growth. Just like lifting weights at the gym, you want to push yourself to the point of failure because you grow stronger in those moments of challenge. The process of growth is, in essence, a practice of gratitude. It's about shifting your focus from what's lacking to what's abundant.

When you open your eyes to the positives and expand upon them, you're actively practicing gratitude. It doesn't mean ignoring the challenges or limitations in your life; it means flipping the script. For every negative aspect, aim to identify nine positive ones, whether you observe them externally or create them in your mind's eye. Remember, your thoughts and the energy they represent exist because of you. This is how we grow by expanding our focus on the positive.

In challenging situations or painful experiences, you can still find the good. Imagine going through a traumatic event in your life; it's difficult to label that as a gift when it has caused so much pain. But as you heal and grow, you become a source of inspiration and healing for others who have endured similar trials. Your journey becomes a gift to them, enabling them to see what's possible and encouraging their own growth.

You become an unstoppable force when you can find healing, growth, and forgiveness in every situation. You become a part of the change, a beacon of high-frequency energy. The beauty of this is that when you give in this way, you also receive. You're in a flow state, where giving and receiving become intertwined, and you're one with the river of high energy.

We're going to take some deep, healing, meditative breaths to help us align on the frequency that we want in our lives. So pick a word. It could be love, joy, happiness, abundance, whatever frequency you want. and we're take a deep breath in.

And as you're breathing in, you're going to say that word over and over and over.

You're going to really charge yourself up with that energy.
