To celebrate World Menopause Day, Lorraine and Trish meet women's health expert Dame Lesley Regan, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Imperial College, who has been reforming and influencing policy for 40 years on the NHS frontline. From humble beginnings, Dame Lesley, a mum of twins, was one of the first women to rise to the top of her profession and has survived three breast cancer diagnoses along the way. Now as Chair of Wellbeing of Women she's helping transform the workplace for menopausal women.
