When you take this step back, it helps you see from beyond "you." Finding love in every situation, giving forgiveness where it's needed (including to you), and being an example is all that matters. Every material achievement should always be second to you lifting your frequency.

deep breath in. And as you're breathing in and we're going to take a deep breath in.

And as you're breathing in, you're going to say that word over and over and over again,
