| 0:26.0 | And here's a thing. I feel like there's so many lessons that we can learn from this, this coronavirus and the way that people are acting and just currently with the way that the world is and what you're thinking about, there's so many lessons. |
| 0:37.0 | I feel like I could literally do a coronavirus month if I really wanted to. |
| 0:41.0 | And the reason why is because what it's really showing us is holes in the human psyche is really what I think that it's showing us. |
| 0:50.0 | Now, let me preface it because I always feel bad talking about it and downplaying it in some sort of way because I'm not trying to downplay people who have died from it. |
| 0:57.0 | I'm not trying to downplay people who have gotten sick from it all about stuff. |
| 1:00.0 | What I'm trying to do is teach you how you can learn from it. |
| 1:04.0 | And so my girlfriend and I were in Sedona right now. |
| 1:08.0 | We've been here for about five weeks. We're probably going to stay here for even longer because it looks like Austin basically got completely shut down. |
| 1:15.0 | It looks like until the next six weeks until May 1st that they're actually going to not allow people to be in restaurants or bars. They have to actually shut down. |
| 1:25.0 | So there's not a whole lot to do. So we'd rather be outside in nature. |
| 1:29.0 | And so today we were out hiking. |
| 1:31.0 | We were watching the clouds pass and it was amazing. We were just sitting up and we were on, you know, a giant rock. |
| 1:37.0 | We had hiked up to it with our dog Toby. We're sitting there and we're just talking about, you know, what we're noticing from the coronavirus. |
| 1:44.0 | And what I asked her and what I said to her was, what do you think the lesson that humans are supposed to learn from this is? |
| 1:51.0 | And we had this really great conversation of like, what do you actually think? |
| 1:55.0 | You know, if there's a lesson that you're supposed to learn from everything in your life. |
| 1:58.0 | If you look at your life as everything is a lesson good, bad, every single thing that happens to you is a lesson. |
| 2:05.0 | What's the lesson that people are supposed to learn from this? |
