How are you doing? How are you feeling right now in this moment? I know you have a million possible things you've been doing with your time and it means the world to me that you decided to click on this button and listen to the show.

I hope that the reason you keep coming back is because every time you're here, you feel like you arrive home to yourself.

I hope that every time you're listening to the show, you're feeling that courage and that permission that what you have inside of you is absolutely enough and that the world needs it and that you're continuing to be aware that the clarity is going to be good.
