if you can improve yourself, you can improve your life. So hit that subscribe button so that you

don't miss any more episodes to improve your life. Today, we're going to be talking about

0:30.1

the consequences of all of the actions that we take. I want you to understand this. Everything

1:36.0

1:42.8

we have to realize that whenever we're saying yes to something,

1:45.4

we're saying no to something else. If I'm saying yes to waking up, well, then I'm saying no to

1:50.2

sleeping in. If I'm saying yes to waking up early, then I'm saying hopefully no to staying up late.
