You know, being a PhD, a previously heavy dude, like one of the reasons I was heavy

is I had trigger foods. And some of those were, quote unquote, healthy foods like yogurt

or bananas. Like, I could eat as many bananas as you put in front of me, you know, and that's calories, that's sugar that adds up. Those are carbs.
