Craig Cecilio is a real estate broker, entrepreneur, leader, personal development guru, and Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Diversyfund, Inc., an SEC-qualified company, and one of the very first crowdfunding real estate platforms to give everyday investors an equal opportunity to build wealth and the ability to invest in much larger, much safer, and many diversified asset-classes.
Craig came from a working-class family, with a school teacher mother, and a father who was working in retail. Craig remembers that they never got their status to the next level. They didn’t get access to real estate assets and investment opportunities. Thus, his mission is to break down the barrier and become a bridge for everyday investors. He feels like this is what he meant to do.
He has been in space since 2016. But Craig doesn’t know at all at the beginning. There are a lot of ups and downs, and mistakes, but he learned the process through self-education, persisted, and thrived. Craig stays on the course with all the challenges having been thrown out. For him, perseverance is a big thing to figure out how to do anything, and think out of the box to get to the next level.
He knows that most people don't understand asset class, depreciation, and how it works. Hence, in DiversyFund, always work on educating and helping the community. They are highly focused on everyday investors and non-accredited investors.
