I got an exciting show for you guys because we're going to be breaking down an exciting

investment opportunity.

My most, I would say, exciting investment that I made in 2020, syndicating two laundromats and why

these investment opportunities are going to be a lot more prevalent and frequent in the coming

years and how you guys can be taking advantage of this in your own market, whether it's laundromats or other

businesses because of the pandemic, because of the pressure and a lot of the hardship that's been

put on small businesses, there is going to be buying opportunities to buy stable or to buy

tenured, longstanding businesses for pennies on the dollar, whether it's the business

owner just saying, all right, I'm done, you know, this was my reason to exit the business and

they're just at the end of their career and want to get out, or this is, you know, people that

financially cannot afford to keep their business in operation, but it's got a great strong business model.

That's going to create a lot of unique buying opportunities for investors like you and me

all around the country to go out and pick these investment opportunities up and polish them

back up and bring them back up to where they are capable of and cash in big

and benefit from those returns in a very big way.

So we did it through a syndication

and pulled a bunch of investors' funds

and closed the deal, right?
