Good Fight. That's the name of our Summer Real Men Bible Study. We'll be going verse by verse through First Timothy.

You and me up here in the mountains real informal casual 12 weeks looking at an older man named Paul building up and investing in a younger man

named Timothy teaching him how to be a man of God and fight a good fight.

And I'll tell you in a day when the world has lost its mind

and everything's going to hell,

a few men need to learn how to fight.

we're just kind of going through a book of the New Testament, 1st Timothy, Paul, kind of like spiritual father writing to Timothy, kind of like a spiritual son, and giving him a little advice. Here's what to do, what not to do to grow as a man of God and to fight for

the things that matter and today is week number eight ignore idiots.

And if you've been a Christian for more than 15 minutes,

you know an idiot.

The question is, what do you do with an idiot?

And it's not an idiot isn't saved

and you don't love them.

And it's just that they're an idiot

meaning what they're doing and what they're devoted to and what their time and

energy is committed to is just stupid it's not evil it's just dumb.

and this is in 1st Timothy 4th through 16.

I'll give you guys kind of backstory.

I didn't grow up like some of you.
