I've been doing this for years just kind of naturally without knowing all these things because even when I like last year 2023 I was

completely focused on a

wealthy investor and that's it.

But previous years I always wanted to get one contract a week.

And then there was times where it was two contracts a week.

And then this year my goal was to make a million bucks, flipping a whole selling.

And I told my team, like, we got to get one contract a week.

So it's interesting how it kind of like...

But we would, we would, so we want to look at those statistics in light of each other.

So if we got that contract every week, but our average profit per deal went down to $15,000,

we're gonna have to be more problem. Yeah. Right, so we'd have to look at those two together. Now let's take it to you know 2.0. Yeah. Which is I need to blend wholesaling and fixing flipping because of the cash conversion cycle. Yeah.

As to the one obviously takes a lot longer than the other.

Yeah.

When do I need the money?

And then what blend gets me to $25,000 average?

So that's 15 here, then it's 35 over there,

and that gets me to my 25 I'm good I still need that

contract every week and another performance indicator would be projects over

timeline projects over budget on my construction site yeah because if I got a bunch of projects over budget on my construction site.

Yeah.

Because if I got a bunch of projects over budget,

then all that stuff doesn't work together.
